Since 2006, we have manufactured solid and engineered hardwood flooring for export projects, with construction, dimensions, color and finish made to buyer specification.

Song Than 3 Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City. Over 5,000 m² under one roof, in operation since 2006.
We control drying, bonding, machining, finishing and final inspection in-house. That gives us the flexibility to build each order around the project's actual specification.

A focused factory, flexible specifications, precise machining and color development built around approved samples.
Drying, bonding, machining, finishing, inspection and packing are managed in-house.

Timber is dried under controlled conditions and checked before machining. Stable moisture helps reduce movement in service and supports more consistent color during finishing.
Moisture control before machining is an important part of dimensional stability after installation.
Consistent moisture also helps joints remain more stable as indoor conditions change.
Adhesive spread, press pressure and press time are controlled for consistent bonding across the panel.
Tongue & Groove profiles are machined on all four sides to keep board dimensions and joints consistent. Square-edge profiles are also available when the project calls for a cleaner, more continuous surface.

| HOMAG edge bander | Bonds the oak face to the core |
|---|---|
| Four-side molder | Cuts the tongue and groove profile |
| Double end tenoner | Squares and end matches every board |
| Wide belt sander | Calibrates thickness across the width |
| UV coating line | Cures the finish in line |
Stain and topcoat are applied on our UV finishing line, with process settings controlled to support consistency within a production lot and across repeat orders.

Filmed in our own factory, on the same line used for customer orders.
Solid, 2-layer or 3-layer. The right construction depends on the subfloor, board size, installation method and project requirements.

Shown during dry lay in our factory before packing. Multiple patterns can be produced within one order using the same approved color reference.

Surface texture is created in the wood before finishing, from smooth to progressively deeper brushing. The same approved color can be applied across different textures. Available sheen levels include Matte, Extra Matte and Ultra Matte; grades include Natural, Select and Character.

Choose the construction, pattern, dimensions, grade, color, texture and finish. We use those selections to prepare the specification, quotation and sample plan.
Our color library is photographed from physical samples under consistent conditions. Because screens shift color, final approval should always be made against a physical sample.

Send a physical board, fan deck reference or photograph. We develop the color against it and make a sample using the intended production process.
We retain the approved panel as the master color reference for repeat production.

Checks are carried through the production sequence, from incoming material to final packing.
